I can also provide assertiveness coaching, life coaching and communication skills training.
During the past 10 years of providing counselling in my Aberdeen office, I have gained valuable experience working with individuals and couples - either face-to-face, or when it has been appropriate, telephone counselling sessions, and I am now moving into online counselling sessions.

It is most likely that a Cognitive Behavioural counselling approach will be used, in consultation with yourself, also, eclectic including Psychodynamic and Person Centred counselling. Many people know what it is they need to look at, and how they would like to proceed and this will, of course, be given full consideration. But don't worry if you are not sure where to start.
Solution focused counselling is used when working for an EAP Service Provider, (Employee Assisted Programme) which aims to help the employee return to work and begin to resolve their difficulty, in the short term.

State briefly the nature of your problem, and the length of session you would prefer (subject to acceptance and availability). We call UK landlines (01 and 02) free of call charges.

Please be aware that counselling which includes sexual issues is only available to Couples who are able to come together to our office in Aberdeen.
